Terms & conditions
Clear expectations.
A sound foundation.
These draft website terms explain the use of this site and how a request for services is handled.
Draft prepared: 10 October 2026
1. About the website
This website presents the accounting and bookkeeping, outsourcing, process management, technology, and consulting services described under the TECKMi trading name. Full legal business details and the operator’s contact details are to be provided before launch.
2. Information and professional advice
Website content is general information about possible services. It is not personalised tax, legal, investment, statutory audit, or other regulated professional advice. A specific service is available only within a separately agreed scope and where any necessary professional authority has been confirmed.
3. Enquiries and consultations
Sending the form asks TECKMi to review and respond to your enquiry. It does not create a client relationship, confirm a consultation booking, reserve availability, or create an obligation to buy services. A separate agreement should confirm deliverables, fees, payment terms, timelines, responsibilities, access requirements, confidentiality, and termination arrangements before work starts.
4. Responsible use
Use the website for lawful business purposes. Do not submit deceptive information, spam, malicious content, credentials, or information you are not entitled to share. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, bypass access controls, or extract private configuration or other protected information.
5. Website content and intellectual property
The TECKMi name, original logo, and original website material remain subject to the rights of their owners. Third-party photographs, software, and fonts are used under their applicable licences. Product names, including Xero and QuickBooks Online, belong to their respective owners; their mention does not imply certification, endorsement, or partnership.
6. External services
Links to an external communication platform, if enabled, lead to services operated by third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. TECKMi’s service terms are confirmed independently.
7. Availability and accuracy
Content may be updated as the business develops. Please confirm the current scope and availability directly before relying on a particular service description. No specific business result, tax outcome, regulatory status, or improvement level is promised by this website.
8. Liability and applicable law
Liability, dispute handling, governing law, and jurisdiction for a paid engagement must be set out in the applicable service agreement and remain subject to any mandatory legal rights. The owner must obtain an appropriate review before adding website-specific limitations or selecting a jurisdiction. Nothing here is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Privacy and changes
Information handling is described in the privacy policy. These terms should be reviewed when the website, business identity, or service arrangements change. The approved notice should include its effective date.
