1. Who is responsible for your information

TECKMi is the trading name used on this website. The full legal entity name and registered details are to be provided. The privacy contact is info@teckmi.com. Please use the published privacy contact once it is available to ask about your information.

2. What this website collects

If you send an enquiry, the form collects your name, email address, selected service, message, and acknowledgement of this notice. Your company, country or market, and consultation preference are optional. Please do not send financial credentials, identity documents, passwords, or confidential client information through the form.

The hosting service may record technical access information, including IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, and timestamps, in its server logs. When enquiries are activated, the application stores a keyed hash of a connection address with attempt timestamps to limit spam; it does not put the raw address into those application files.

3. Why the information is used

Enquiry details are used to understand and respond to your request, discuss a possible engagement, and protect the website against misuse. The owner must confirm and document the applicable legal basis for each processing purpose, including responding to pre-contract enquiries and proportionate security activity. The acknowledgement checkbox is not a marketing subscription.

4. Email delivery and recipients

When configured, enquiries are passed to TECKMi’s designated mailbox through its chosen authenticated email service. Hosting and email providers may process information as part of delivering those services. The specific provider identities and contractual safeguards are to be confirmed before launch. This website does not automatically subscribe you to a mailing list, send your details to advertisers, or create a customer account.

5. Essential cookies and local assets

The enquiry pages use an essential session cookie to protect the form and display submission feedback. It expires at the end of the browser session and uses HttpOnly and SameSite settings, with Secure enabled on HTTPS. This version contains no analytics, advertising cookies, embedded maps, social tracking scripts, or remote font requests. Images and fonts are served locally.

If a WhatsApp contact link is activated and you follow it, you leave this website and the destination service’s privacy terms apply.

6. Retention and deletion

Review and set your enquiry retention period before launch. Enquiries are not stored in an application database by this site. Copies may remain in the receiving mailbox and provider systems under the owner’s retention policy. Spam-control records contain short-lived timestamps; maintenance should delete inactive application files older than 24 hours. Hosting log retention must be checked with the hosting provider.

7. International enquiries and transfers

TECKMi welcomes international enquiries. The locations of the selected hosting and email providers, any international data transfers, and applicable safeguards must be assessed and described by the owner before launch. Serving customers in a country does not itself confirm an office or a legal establishment there.

8. Your privacy requests

Depending on the law that applies, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain uses of your personal information, and to raise a concern with an appropriate data protection authority. These rights can be subject to conditions and exceptions. Contact the published privacy contact with your request; do not include more personal information than is necessary.

9. Changes to this notice

This notice should be updated when the business details, service providers, tracking tools, form fields, or information practices change. The published version should include the effective date of the approved notice.
